A groso modo (robado de fmsite):
- Customizar el manager para que aparezca en el modo de visión 3-D, en el banquillo.
- Modo Fantasy Draft: Arrancando con un equipo ficticio y un presupuesto fijo, compites con otros jugadores para armar un equipo partiendo de cero.
- Modo Crear un Club: Como su propio nombre indica, te ahorras el uso del Editor.
- Resúmenes Multipartido: Aparentemente podrás ver las mejores jugadas o resumenes de varios partidos simultáneamente, como si vieras fútbol en multipantalla en la tele.
- Análisis de Partidos Prozone: No estoy muy puesto, pero por lo visto Prozone es la mayor proveedora de estadísticas de fútbol de la red, y permitirá hacer análisis mucho más detallados de los partidos y equipos.
- Creador de Jugadas a Balón Parado: Se supone que permitirá crear varias jugadas ensayadas, y será muy fácil de usar. Veremos.
- Más interacción con la prensa. Lo de cada año.
- Compatibilidad de partidas: Esto sí es interesante, podrás empezar una partida en la tablet y continuarla en el PC, y viceversa.
- Lesiones más realistas. Nuevamente, veremos.
- Test físicos prepartido para jugadores que son duda. Como en la vida real, si el fisio da el OK, puedes alinearlos.

- Los jugadores serán más proclives a retirarse en la cima de sus carreras. ¿Se acabó ver a CR7 jugando en el Alcoyano con 37 años?
- Los empleados sancionados en la vida real también estarán sancionados en el FM.
- Sugerencias del equipo técnico para bajar o subir jugadores al/del B.
- Tu asistente te sugerirá el mejor once inicial teniendo en cuento los roles y tareas de tu táctica (¿Lo cual quiere decir que hasta ahora no lo tenía en cuenta? :unsure2:)
- Una nueva opción en el filtro del buscador para buscar jugadores/empleados.

Sports Interactive’s partnership with the leading sports statistics provider, Prozone, has seen a wide reaching revamp of the in-game match analysis tool, adding lots of useful functionality whilst also making it a lot more prominent and easier to use.

Football Manager 2016’s powerful, yet easy-to-use set piece creator allows managers to set up multiple set piece routines to be used across multiple tactics; with different set pieces for each set piece taker, new zonal marking options and much, much more.
More Realistic Injuries
Sports Interactive has worked alongside a number of physiotherapists, doctors and related organisations to ensure that the depiction and treatment of injuries in Football Manager 2016 is more realistic than ever before. This doesn’t mean that fewer injuries will be sustained, but that those which do occur will be treated and develop more realistically. Injuries will now be determined during matches, while new injury types have been added and there is now a tangible distinction between player condition and match sharpness.
Expanded Press Interaction
Press conferences are more varied than ever before, with many new conversations to be had with the press, especially more contextual questions & responses. In addition, unemployed managers can now use media interviews to help get them back into the game.
Stats, Stats, Stats
Managers now have access to more detailed statistical information than ever before, with the introduction of a revamped stats screen and an all-new rolling stats panel.
New and Improved Screens
Information is now easier to find as a result of a revamp to many of the main screens, including player overview, tactics, the manager’s home screen and the transfer offer screen.
