Take the Barrios deal and run.
Urruti I’m not sure about yet. But this is some really good money. This team is going to look vastly different next season.

If possible, that seems about right.
$2.5M is a really nice price to get for Barrios.
$2M is tempting for Urruti too, though.
A lot of this depends on the length of their contracts and whether either one of them (or both) and actively looking to leave right now.
If either one of them wants out, IMO you take the money right now and avoid a disgruntled player hanging around. If either of their contracts run only through this or next season, you probably take the value while you can.
All that said, & as annoying as this is in the short-term, getting $2M+ offers for two players that FCD got on the cheap (if not free) is a very good sign for where FCD is headed as a club. After MLS would take their share of these transfers $3M+ would make its way to Frisco, $1.3M of which would be in Allocation Money. Between that and money they’ll likely get from an Acosta sale,
1) Clavijo needs to set his sights higher when recruiting for the next couple years. He keeps trying to poach mega-bargains, but now he might be able to go get more kids with truly promising pedigrees.
2) The Hunts need to identify place where money would best be spent outside the roster (scouting, analytics, FCD II, etc.)

The bulk of the money may be for Barrios
I would imagine Barrios is generating the meat of the deal. Younger with more upside. Remember Urruti was all but done, and lost, in Portland and took some time and nurturing with Papi to break back out. They may be reaching to add Urruti into the deal to justify the cost of Barrios.
Seems hard to rationalize taking that much of our strike force away.

Interesting
Looks like Arango clarified further on his Twitter:

That was Silvana’s info.

Tough One
These are both players that are well underpaid based on the level of production they are providing this season. From a FO perspective it’s a good ROI due to what they had to pay to get them (pretty much nothing), but what’s the cost and time lost in replacing them? Many would argue the Cashtillo money hasn’t been all that helpful in strengthening the team, so there’s no reason to expect any different with the $3M or so they’d net from this.
If they did leave we would certainly find out what Colman has, it could be argued that he hasn’t performed because he hasn’t received the necessary minutes due to Urruti’s production this year. Could he flourish as the only viable 9 on the team? Would someone like Coy or Paxton be able to fill those Barrios minutes and produce? Those have to be the keys to making something like this happen, losing the 2 most productive guys at this point would be unheard of.

If we did sell them both, I hope it wouldn't create an Arsenal situation
Right now, Arsenal is a dumpster fire with a good chunk of top guys looking to get out. If we sold 2 of our best players at this point of the season (with no replacements lined up) I wouldn’t be surprised if Acosta, Gruezo, Zimmerman, Hedges, Gonzalez, etc. started pushing for an exit.

That's quite a worst case situation
I can see where you’re coming from there, but I just don’t think it makes sense that this club is suddenly rotten to the core and everyone wants out. It’s tempting to think that way when they’re in a slump and transfer offers are coming in, but I see very little evidence, or even rumors, that the players dislike each other or Pareja.
I’d expect that most players would have some understanding of the economics here. Sure, if another club came calling and they stood to benefit financially from the transfer, they would be interested. FC Dallas benefits in the medium-term on situation like this as well, though. Frustrating as it is this season, player transfers are a good thing.
The past sales of Toja, Cooper, Shea, Castillo, Sanchez, etc. probably made the Hall of Fame in Frisco a possibility while also provided funds (cash & allocation) for the acquisitions of Castillo, Diaz, Gruezo, Grana, Lamah, and others. Yes, I listed Castillo in both places, and that is because this is a system that is self-perpetuating.

Sell 'em
Urruti has been a beast, but if FCD can get $2M for him – sell!
If Urruti is worth $2M, then Barrios is worth $4M. Hold out on Barrios.
